These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Vibeconfig digital products (“Product”) provided by Vibeconfig (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our Product, you agree to these Terms.
Vibeconfig is a digital product consisting of configuration files, documentation, rules, skills, and commands designed to enhance AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools) for Next.js SaaS development. The Product is delivered as a downloadable archive (.zip).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Introductory pricing may be offered at our discretion. The listed price at the time of purchase is the final price. All sales are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of the Product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Product has been delivered (download link provided). By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and Swiss consumer protection provisions.
The Product is delivered immediately after payment via a unique, time-limited download link. This link is provided on the confirmation page and sent to the email address used during checkout. You are responsible for downloading the Product within the link's validity period (7 days).
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS. We make no guarantees regarding: (a) the security, reliability, or correctness of code generated by AI tools using the Product; (b) compatibility with any specific version of third-party tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Next.js, Stripe, Prisma, or any other software); (c) the suitability of the Product for any particular purpose; (d) that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Product consists of configuration files and documentation intended to guide AI coding assistants — the final output depends entirely on the AI tools, your configuration, and your usage. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code generated using the Product before deploying it to production or any other environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
We retain all intellectual property rights to the Product. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Code generated by AI tools using the Product belongs to you.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
